Russia continues to flee after mobilization announcement

The flight from Russia continues after Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the mobilization of at least 300,000 soldiers. Putin signed the law approved this week by the Chambers according to which soldiers who refuse to take part in hostilities can be punished even with 15 years of imprisonment. On the other hand, those who surrender themselves to the enemy voluntarily risk up to 10 years in prison. Penalty doubled to 10 years in prison also for Russian deserters, those who refuse to fight or to obey the orders of their superiors.
