Commissioned after the information of the disappearance of the child, Jean-Pierre Moulin says he saw, around 9 pm, “something that resembled the blue garbage bags of the time”. Except that “it was the child’s anorak that was soaked and swollen with water”.

The firefighter had to announce the terrible news to the parents of Grégory, Jean-Marie and Christine Villemin. “That kind of thing never goes through. At the time, I did not realize ”, relates Jean-Pierre Moulin in the weekly.
