Why are there so many earthquakes in Mexico? 2:16 (CNN Spanish) – An earthquake of preliminary magnitude 6.8 was recorded early this Thursday in southern Mexico, according to a report from the United States Geological Survey (USGS). The head of the Government of Mexico City, Claudia Sheinbaum, reported on Twitter that no damage has been reported in the country’s capital at the moment. She informs me @OHarfuch that the condors that fly over the City have no record of damage in the City, so far. I keep reporting. — Dr. Claudia Sheinbaum (@Claudiashein) September 22, 2022 News in development
