Huawei MatePad 11 review: the first tablet under HarmonyOS 2

At night, however, it is not the same story. Huawei’s processing smooths out all the details of the photo scene in an attempt to erase the appearance of digital noise due to a strong increase in sensitivity (ISO 5549). In the end, the cliché remains very little usable. Pity.

Front and video module

At the front, Huawei equips its tablet with an 8-megapixel module. If taking a selfie remains a perilous exercise with such a large device, the camera will be perfect for video conferencing. Especially since the latter is placed on the right edge of the device and is therefore facing your face when the tablet switches to landscape mode. The quality is good without being excellent either, but for video calls it is more than sufficient.

In video, the tablet can shoot up to 4K at 30 fps. Always good to take, even if filming with a tablet remains quite rare after all – especially with almost 500 g at arm’s length.
