The robbery of the pump operator took place tonight at around 01:45. “According to the information so far, the perpetrator was masked with a hood and a scarf, while he had a knife in his hand. He was given cash and subsequently fled the scene. Immediately after the announcement, all available forces and resources were sent to the scene and exits from the highway were secured,” the Prešov Regional Police described the details of the night’s events. Colleagues from the Regional Directorate of Public Safety in Košice are also working on the case. A search has been launched for the perpetrator. The investigator from Prešov started a criminal prosecution for the crime of robbery.
