Saint Etienne. Intimate video blackmail: the leaders of two associations in police custody in Lyon – Le Progrès

According to our information, four representatives of two Saint-Etienne associations are summoned, this Wednesday, to the premises of the Judicial Police in Lyon to be heard under the regime of police custody. Author of the compromising film, Gilles Rossary-Lenglet had indeed affirmed , during his revelations to Mediapart, having been paid by the sponsor(s) of the alleged blackmail via two Saint-Etienne associations having received subsidies from the municipality: the Association de la galerie art pluriel (AGAP) and France- Latvia. The investigation continues On Tuesday, the police custody of Gaël Perdriau, the mayor, of his chief of staff Pierre Gauttieri, of the latter’s assistant, of Gilles Rossary-Lenglet and of Samy Kéfi-Jérôme were lifted in during the day, without legal action on this date. The investigation is continuing within the framework of a judicial investigation opened for “invasion of the intimacy of private life”, “aggravated blackmail”, “embezzlement of public property by a personal nne in charge of a public function”, “breach of trust and concealment of these offenses”. The seizures, made during searches, in various places last week, are still being exploited.
