(CNN) — One person was injured on the Northeastern University campus after a possible package detonation, Boston police confirmed to CNN. The person suffered minor injuries, Officer Andre Watson told CNN. Boston Emergency Medical Services tweeted late Tuesday that one person was transported to a hospital. Officers from the Boston Police, the Boston Fire Department and the bomb squad are on scene investigating 39 Lyon Street on campus, Watson said. Police said they were called around 7:16 p.m. to respond to the incident. Boston police previously told CNN they responded to an incident at Holmes Hall for a package that detonated, causing minor injuries to one person.
