Pokémon legends: Arceus, new creatures and shapes, overview of the Hisui region and presentation of the Galaxie Group in video! – GAMERGEN.COM

After several months of media silence, The Pokémon Company finally just gave us news of the remakes chibi Sparkling Diamond and Sparkling Pearl Pokémon, as well as the next original episode developed by Game Freak, Pokémon Legends: Arceus, during his Pokémon Presents. It must be said that since its announcement last February, it is dead calm, just have we been entitled to its release date and its cover… So what’s up ?

This Action-RPG open world unfolding in the past of the region of Sinnoh, then called Hisui, will have many elements reminiscent of the atmosphere of Breath of the Wild. Our character will thus be part of the Corps of Researchers from Galaxy Group (yes, the finest observers were right about the at least spiritual link with the Team enemy of the 4G), helping the Professor Lavender to complete the first Pokédex local. From our central hub of Rusti-Cité, we will receive missions since HQ from Galaxy Group, who counts at his head the captain Selena (Helio’s ancestor?) and the leader Cormier.

We will then go on an adventure through the various biomes spread around the world, with a bivouac used to prepare our expeditions and care for us, among other things. Each kind of Pokemon react differently, even attacking us physically, our character losing consciousness if he takes too much damage. In order to capture them, it will sometimes be necessary to weaken them, this is quite normal, which may go through combat phases that are more dynamic than ever. So, no, no real-time clashes, but turn-based allowing us to attack several times in a row depending on the blows used and especially the Style selected. This new mechanism will privilege either the power with the Powerful Style or speed with the Quick Style, something to recall the forms of Shifours and the TCG. Information from Pokédex will complement each other as our discoveries, finally giving a real utility to the capture.

And by the way, there will be new Pokémon and shapes unique to the region ofHisui, the first of which were introduced in a very nice way. We will be able to to ride Cerbylline like a horse, which is the evolution of Cerfrousse, sail on the waves on the back of Paragrual, the evolution of Bargantua, and fly through the skies using a Gueriaigle of Hisui, while the adorable Caninos of Hisui will frolic in the green plains of the region. In all of this, what role will Arceus ? Well, it seems that a mysterious phenomenon is making the Pokemon savages and he might well be no stranger to it …
