The investigation for rape and sexual assault on a minor targeting former minister Nicolas Hulot has been dismissed for prescription of public action, announced Monday, September 12 the Paris prosecutor’s office in a press release. The investigation was opened on November 26, 2021 after the broadcast of a documentary in “Special Envoy”, in which six women accused Mr. Hulot of sexual violence which allegedly took place between 1989 and 2001. One of them was minor at the time of the facts that she denounced, an attempt at forced fellatio at the exit of a program that Nicolas Hulot presented on France Inter.
