(Photo credits: Adobe Stock – ) PARIS, September 12 (Reuters) – The stocks to follow on Monday on the Paris Stock Exchange and in Europe: * UBISOFT UBIP.PA – The French video game publisher remains open to partnerships after the agreement with the Chinese giant Tencent 0700.HK which will take a stake in the company, said its CEO and co-founder Yves Guillemot. ➦ RPT-After the Tencent operation, Ubisoft open to other partnerships * ORPEA ORP.PA published preliminary unaudited financial indicators on Monday showing a drop in its gross operating margin (Ebitdar margin) to 18.5 % in the first half against 24.9% a year earlier, specifying that the margin rate could fall further in the second half. ➦ Orpea estimates that H2 Ebitdar margin rate could be lower than H1 level * PHILIPS PHG.AS – Dutch shareholders association VEB threatens to sue the group for lack of information after global recall of respirators which results in billions of euros in losses, the daily FD reports on Monday. Philips confirmed having received a letter from VEB, without specifying its content. * CENTRICA CNA.L – Britain’s biggest energy supplier is considering voluntarily capping its profits to limit rising customer bills, its chief executive has told the Guardian. * NOVARTIS NOVN.S – The Swiss pharmaceutical group says Cosentyx, its new anti-inflammatory drug, improved symptoms of a painful skin condition, hidradenitis suppurativa, in clinical trials, which is expected to increase sales of this already authorized treatment for arthritis and psoriasis. * SWISS RE SRENH.S said on Monday that it expects the natural disaster protection market to grow to 48 billion dollars (47.6 billion euros) within four years. * PERNOD RICARD PERP.PA – Deutsche Bank lowered its recommendation to “hold” against “buy” and its target price to 198 euros against 233 euros.
