Prosecutor files indictment against former Secretary of State Jankovská in the Fatima bar case – PRAVDA.sk

The prosecutor of the Office of the Special Prosecutor’s Office filed an indictment on Wednesday in the Fatima bar case against former state secretary of the Ministry of Justice Monika Jankovská and two other persons for the crime of extortion and the crime of obstruction of justice.

Dalibor Skladan, a spokesman for the General Prosecutor’s Office, informed about it. He is the former head of the NAKA anti-corruption unit, Robert Krajmer, and also the saint of former State Secretary Petr Vask.

“The prosecutor of the Office of the Special Prosecutor’s Office filed an indictment with the Trenčín District Court on 18 August 2021 against the accused MJ, RK and PV for two offenses, the crime of extortion and the crime of obstruction of justice,” Skladan said.

Monika Jankovská, who allegedly convicted Ondrej J. for a bribe, is accused in the case of the transfer of the Fatima bar since the autumn of 2020. She was detained in March 2020 as part of the Búrka action and subsequently accused as part of the Víchrica action last year.

The dispute between her and the entrepreneur lasts for about 20 years. The businessman, who lost the bar when he was deprived of it by a group around the murdered boss of the Titmouse Petr Čongrády, achieved the resumption of proceedings at the Trenčín District Court last October.
