An international and European arrest warrant is currently issued for Kalavského. He is accused of several crimes, in at least five cases he was supposed to have accepted a bribe. He is also accused of abusing the authority of a public official and obstructing justice. He was a secret agent of the inspection of the Ministry of the Interior, to which he reported on NAKA investigators Čurilla et al.
