The European high mountains – the Alps – have also been affected by unfavorable weather in recent months. The ice began to melt there even at an altitude of 3000 m. But the latest good news comes from the Alps. It started snowing at the foot of some mountains since yesterday. It happened, e.g. on the Austrian Hintertux glacier. A few cm of fresh snow fell on Thursday. In the course of Friday, snowfall is also reported from other places.
