Gasoline registers a new fall while diesel continues to rise – Heraldo.es

Gasoline resumed its downward path during the last week until registering an average price of 1,579 euros per liter -applying the discount of 20 cents from the Government-, while diesel has chained its third rise and stands at 1,721 euros. However, the escalation suffered by both fuels since the beginning 2022, a situation that has been aggravated after the Russian invasion of Ukraine, has caused the price of gasoline to increase by nearly 7% since the first week of January, compared to the almost 28% that diesel has become more expensive.
