MAP. Has the property tax rate increased in your city? – West France

Since August 29, property tax notices have been arriving in owners’ mailboxes. This year, the property tax on built property increases by at least 3.4% for those who are subject to it. This increase is due to the increase in the index of rental values, on which the calculation of property tax is based. For some owners, the increase will even go beyond 3.4% because their city or the group to which it is attached (metropolis, community of municipalities, etc.) has decided to increase its tax rate.
