Haiti earthquake, almost 2,200 dead and over 12 thousand injured

The death toll of the 7.2 magnitude earthquake on the Richter scale that hit Haiti on Saturday morning worsened: according to what was announced on Twitter by the local authorities, the dead would in fact be 2,189, almost 250 more. The number of injured – it was still announced while the rescue teams are continuing – rose to 12,200. 332 people remain missing.
