A return to the classroom that is presented “full of doubts” for families because, although the incidence of covid is falling, there is uncertainty about what will happen in the winter, without forgetting the irruption of new emerging viruses and epidemic outbreaks such as monkeypox, explains the third vice president of AEPap, Pedro Gorrotxategi, in a statement. Given this situation, Primary Care pediatricians have drawn up a series of recommendations for the 2022-2023 academic year because , although masks, safety distance and mobility restriction no longer seem necessary at the present time, it is advisable to take a series of general precautions rals. In this way, they recommend frequent hand washing; cover your mouth with disposable tissues or your elbow when coughing and sneezing; carry out activities outside when the weather conditions allow it or maintain adequate ventilation of the interiors in educational centers. Also that sick minors do not go to school until the symptoms disappear; Children aged six and over with mild cold symptoms can wear a face mask for a few days, until their symptoms improve, both at school and in other settings, to protect grandparents and other especially vulnerable people.
