Paul came on a date, he was shocked: She didn’t look like that in the photo! – Azet

The man couldn’t wait to go on a date with the beauty he found on a dating site. He was even oozing with such enthusiasm that he didn’t mind traveling half an hour to find his potential soulmate. When Paul Jones arrived at the site, he was in for a real surprise. “I got there and knocked on the door. Her mother called, so I told her I came to see Sarah. She invited me in and talked to me for about 10 minutes. I asked her when Sarah is coming, to which she replied that she is Sarah!” he says in a video he shared on TikTok. “I told her she didn’t look like the dating photo,” the Australian continued in the story. The young man became a victim of the old lady’s fraud. “She told me the photo was taken 25 years ago! She even had the audacity to tell me that I was late, which I could no longer control and I replied that I was already 30 years late,” he remembers the bizarre experience. After a brief exchange, the pair moved outside where Sarah suggested they play bingo. “I thought I might win some money and agreed. But we ended up going to a social club near her house where the maximum win was only £20. “I was sitting there with her and her old friends, and I felt like a little kid being taken there by my grandmother,” he says. Paul then drove Sarah home and she invited him for coffee, reports The Sun. “I refused and then she told me she wasn’t talking about real coffee. I knew what she meant by that and I wanted to ask her if she sees this as something more than just friendship, because I see her as just a mother-in-law and certainly not a woman with whom I would have anything, but I controlled myself. ,” continues Paul. When he got home, he took one more look at Sarah’s Tinder profile picture. “It’s a shame I didn’t take a closer look at the photo. She was standing on it outside the Woolworths supermarket, which closed in 2009. How could I not have noticed that?” he raged. “Tinder, your new tagline should be Swipe right and get scared! I give up!” he added at the end. “I’ll drop out! It’s 100% better with that accent,” one user captioned the video. “You sound like a complete gentleman! I love your accent!” someone responded. “Nice of you to go play bingo just so you didn’t break the old lady’s heart,” was another reaction.
