NASA reveals the month to launch the third attempt of the Artemis I mission

The leak occurred while loading the propellant in the core stage of the Space Launch System (SLS) rocket, in addition, the experts wanted to cover the area of ​​the leak by placing a seal. Finally, the supercold hydrogen fuel stopped dead, the tank connector heated up and fuel flow was then resumed hoping to seal the leak with steam, however it was not working. Despite attempts, NASA redirected its efforts to pump the tank with helium, but the leak persisted. At a subsequent press conference, NASA officials announced that they were delaying the launch until mid-October to assess problems ahead of time. The primary goals of Artemis I are to demonstrate Orion’s systems in a spaceflight environment and to ensure a safe re-entry, descent, splashdown and recovery before the first crewed flight on Artemis II.
