When it came to the Mýtnik case, which is also investigating an alleged bribe of 150,000 euros, which was to be taken over for him by the oligarch near Smer, Miroslav Výboh, in a champagne box, he wiped his forehead with it and repeated: “The deed did not happen”.

“Mr. Výboh did not give me or bring anything to me. Nothing. They can make fun of champagne as much as they want. I did not receive such champagne from Mr Výboh and not the content that is claimed to have been at all, “said Pellegrini, chairman of the Voice, at a press conference on Wednesday, commenting more broadly on suspicions of corruption for the first time.

“I absolutely don’t expect it,” he said when asked if he was afraid investigators would blame him. He admitted that he also knew Robert Fico’s friend Výboh, but they never dealt with work matters. Pellegrini refuses to go to the lie detector in connection with the corruption case.

Investigators have been dealing with the big Mýtnik corruption scandal for several months now. They moved further thanks to the fact that the former head of the Financial Administration, the nominee of the Direction František Imrecze and the businessman in the IT field Michal Suchoba started cooperating and talking about how millions of euros were to be poured from the state budget through Allexis through targeted tenders.
