During the ceremonial meeting of the National Council (NR) of the Slovak Republic on the occasion of the anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of the Slovak Republic, the chairman of Smer-SD and former prime minister Robert Fico appealed to President Zuzana Čaputová in connection with the referendum.
