Richard Sulík’s Freedom and Solidarity Party (SaS) is for OĽaNO chairman Igor Matovič the same threat to democracy as Smer. He said this on Thursday after the ceremonial meeting of the National Council on the 30th anniversary of the adoption of the Slovak Constitution. “SaS is the same threat to Slovak democracy and democratic principles as the Smer party,” Matovič declared when journalists repeatedly asked him whether there was a chance that he would comply with Sulík’s party and submit his resignation by Monday.
