Disappearance of Delphine Jubillar: new research launched in September – South West

So far, only Cédric Jubillar had been heard by the examining magistrates. The latter have now met the brothers and sister of Delphine Jubillar a few days ago, reports The Dispatch. As a civil party, they want to obtain answers concerning the disappearance of their sister eight months ago. The meeting with the judges was only a formality, explains the newspaper specifying that they were accompanied by their lawyers.

New letters rogatory

Cédric Jubillar was also a civil party and had, in this capacity, met the judges on April 30. First suspect, he has been imprisoned since June 18.

Research could also be relaunched during the month of September. Investigators want to find the body of the mother who has disappeared since December 15 near Cagnac-les-Mines (Tarn). New letters rogatory should also be effective at the start of the school year, in particular to allow judges to launch hearings, searches, etc.

Delphine Jubillar has been missing since mid-December after an argument with her husband. The couple were going through a divorce.
