Leaos Carbon Pure, the premium electric bicycle in design and performance with 170 km of autonomy – Hybrids and Electric

Leaos is an Italian company that has taken advantage of its experience in Formula E to transfer it to the manufacture of electric bicycles and whose work is reflected in the Carbon Pure. This is just one example of a vehicle that was hailed as the pioneering product of the industry when it was unveiled. For the Carbon Pure it is not possible to use this construction technique as carbon fiber is not a material that can be welded. Because the frame of this bicycle is completely made of this material, giving rise to a one-piece monocoque structure. To achieve this, the carbon fiber is placed in layers which allows to provide greater rigidity to the areas that require greater resistance, resulting in a design without edges that is very pleasing to the eye, so much so that it won a Red Dot award thanks precisely to this sophisticated framework. With these features, the Pure Carbon looks like a bike designed specifically for urban use, although this statement may have some nuances. In any case, this is their main habitat. Its most important asset, in addition to the design, is in its components and in the electronics behind it that provide a new level of comfort and perception of the practice of cycling.
