ADONXS breaks the taboo with a video clip that we haven’t seen in Slovakia yet – Hudba.sk

Source: Shotby.us 9 hours ago | Dušan Marko Current SuperStar winner released his debut solo single Moving On before the summer and confirmed his singing qualities. At the same time, he showed with the first video clip that he definitely does not intend to adapt to the conformism of the Slovak mainstream. Now he is releasing an even bolder visual for his most pop song, Game, with which he has ambitions to score even where he has not succeeded so far. Adam Pavlovčin continues his well-played game under the new stage name ADONXS. The dice are thrown and after the great debut single Moving On comes the catchy dance song Game, which he premiered live during the Lovestream festival in June. still during the summer. The genre is, as we used to say with the producers, sentimental pop. It’s a dance track with a not entirely cheerful text,” ADONXS describes the new product. mainstream audience, but it’s definitely not a first-rate hit. Thanks to Adam’s indisputable talent, even a dance pop single can get under the listener’s skin, and even upon repeated listening you will discover something in it that you missed before. In this case too, the text of the song was written by Adam Pavlovčin himself. In addition to the permanent team – Oliver Fillner, Marek Rakovický and Tomáš Lobb – Dave Kutch, who is also the mastering engineer of the Canadian singer The Weeknd, collaborated on the song Game.
Absurd video clip as a reflection of reality Along with his new song, the singer also released a video clip in which a 50-member team participated. Jiří Horenský sat down in the director’s chair again, the cameraman is the foreign talent Stephan Muhlay, the work of the main artist was covered by Mariana Kuchařová, the choreography was taken care of by Kristína Tukan Martanovičová and František Čech, and the styling was handled by Katarína Chválová. In this case, Pavlovčin alternates several extravagant outfits, which are already a matter of course in his case. Much more attention and homophobic reactions may be aroused in our society by the kisses that Adam shares with another man in front of the camera. “For me, Game is a game that most of us play in everyday life, it is a game that an artist finds himself in when he enters the world of show business. It often occurs in partner and intimate life as well. We very easily become a doll for someone and it’s difficult to find the border between what we want and what the environment requires of us. Such a game can really shake us at times,” says ADONXS about the topic of the news. It is the analogy of playing with dolls that is key to the clip. This doll world is a bit dark, very queer, slightly kinky, but 100% aesthetic. Slovak television Markíza also collaborated on the video clip in connection with their new and well-known characters from the series Pán Profesor. These characters were portrayed in the video by Adam’s salesmen and associates.

When will we see an album? ADONXS is perhaps the best example of what a real SuperStar should look like in 2022. In addition to a great voice, which is not a dime a dozen, he also has something controversial in him, which he knows how to work with just the right way not much. In his case, as is the case with Emma Drobná, the fact that he does not sing in Slovak is not an obstacle to his meteoric rise. definitely release songs in my native language as well. It’s a challenge for me in a way to make a quality song in Slovak that won’t sound pathetic and at the same time will be world class,” said Adam in an interview he gave us shortly after his triumph in the last SuperStar.Debutového we should expect the album this year. The songs Game and Moving On foreshadow that this will be an album that will probably be talked about long after its release. The mentioned recording Moving On also caught the attention of Celeste Buckingham, who sang this song with Adam during the presentation of the Social Awards, thanks to which two of the biggest talents that we just got to know thanks to SuperStar connected.
