UEFA warns PSG with a possible sanction if it continues to accumulate losses – MARCA.com

Serious warning from UEFA to PSG. The French club has been failing to comply with one of the basic points of financial Fair Play in the last three years and as such the highest body in European football has given it a three-year time frame to rectify and the numbers are adjusted again and the expenses adjusted in relation to what you enter. The French newspaper L’equipe speaks of a deficit in each of the last three years of over 30 million euros, a circumstance that must change immediately. As MARCA has learned, Messi and Mbapp’s team is in danger of being sanctioned financially and, what could be more serious, sportingly. The economic-sporting framework in which the new UEFA control system operates speaks of possible sanctions if the repeated deficit of any club is not rectified and PSG does not escape it. Call attention to the fact that Nasser Al Khelaifi is the president of the ECA, the association of European clubs, and that he moves hand in hand with UEFA in all his acts and gestures. The highest European football organization has sent a letter to PSG and Olympique de Marseille, among others, warning them of the situation they find themselves in and of the possible consequences if the continuous trend of accumulating losses is not changed.
