NAKA strikes again! This time she chose the lawyers of the Pčolinský family – Nový Čas

The National Crime Agency decided to intervene again. As the portal noviny.sk informs on its website, NAKA carried out another intervention, this time directly in the building of lawyers in the Old Town in Bratislava, where lawyers representing members of the Pčolinský family are based. This information was also confirmed by Peter Erdös, a member of the presidency of the Slovak Bar Association, who specified that they were informed about this visit in advance. A search of the premises was to be carried out in the law office. “It follows from the Criminal Code, as well as the statutes and regulations of the Bar Association. It is the duty of the law enforcement authorities to inform us about such a thing, especially so that there is no violation of lawyer’s confidentiality. The lawyer is obliged to maintain confidentiality, and in the case of a search, it is necessary to sensitively examine whether there has been a violation,” he added in conclusion.
