On Tuesday night, they defeated Finland 6:3 in a direct fight for first place. Switzerland is waiting for them in the fight for promotion to the top four. In the final match of Group B, the Swedes won 4:2 over Germany and advanced from second place. Latvia awaits them in the quarter-finals. The other two pairs are Finland – Germany and USA – Czech Republic. Canada – Finland 6:3 (3:1, 2:0, 1:2)
