Three cases of monkey pox, an infectious disease also called Monkeypox, were detected on Wednesday at a campsite in the Var, the regional health agency (ARS) announced in a press release. They are three members of the same family, who came by motorhome to spend their holidays there. If the family has used the sanitary facilities of the campsite, the ARS notes a “very low” chance of contamination and does not envisage isolating the users of the campsite. The state of health of the family is intended to be reassuring , authorities added. All three left the scene and were isolated, said the ARS.
