According to the tvnoviny.sk portal, his condition worsened in the hospital in Svidník and he succumbed to his injuries. However, the principal of the circus, Antonín Aleš, said that the camel was not to blame for the attack. He said the injured employee had been partying and consuming alcohol that day. “Animals generally do not tolerate alcohol,” added the principal. According to the latest information, the camel may not have been responsible for the employee’s death at all. Tvnoviny.sk writes that he could have been hit by a car after all. This is evidenced by the injuries and the vehicle seized by the police. Later, even the principal of the circus started talking differently. According to him, no one saw the attack itself, but a camel had already bitten a circus worker once in the past.
