The Donovalský drapák cross-country race had a sad ending today. One of the race participants died at the finish line. It was a 47-year-old man, whom several emergency services unsuccessfully tried to resuscitate at the finish line. As the HZS states on its FB page, “after arriving at the destination in Donovaly, he fell unconscious and had no vital signs”. Today, Donovaly was not bothered by extreme heat, but the race track is quite difficult and measures from 10 to 50 kilometers.
