MUSIC – Simon Gallup and The Cure, it’s over. This Saturday, August 14, the 61-year-old musician announced on his account Facebook withdraw from the famous group of rock British band, of which he had been the bassist since 1979.

“With a little heavy heart, I am no longer a member of The Cure, he wrote on the social network. Good luck to them.” He says he’s fine, but “he’s had enough of the betrayals,” he explained briefly in response to one of his fans who asked him why he left.
