Stanislav did not enjoy his freedom for long: The police caught a man who escaped from prison – Nový Čas

Prisoner Stanislav Oračka (34) was detained by law enforcement officers in the village of Likava on Wednesday (July 20). According to the police, Stanislav Oračko (34) walked away from his workplace in the village of Kalameny in the district of Ružomberok on Tuesday. According to what officers described, he was wearing a dungarees with a blue belt on the back and side of the pants and an orange T-shirt. Police urged people not to try to apprehend him, as he may be dangerous and possibly armed. According to information from the Pravda daily, a police helicopter was flying over the village on Tuesday (July 19) and policemen were checking motor vehicles at every intersection. Public radio called on citizens not to leave their homes and rather to lock themselves up. Nevertheless, a hero was found, thanks to which the police managed to catch the prisoner. Marián Javorka, the mayor of Likavka village, where the convict was caught, told TV Markíza that a village worker was delivering lunches to pensioners when he spotted a suspicious man in the gardening area. He immediately called the police.
