But something much worse than just taking dirty laundry out of her suitcase happened to one young British woman. Among the things, she came across an unexpected traveler who stayed in her suitcase the whole way, the Mirror reports. When Georgia was returning home from a holiday in Cyprus, she had no idea that she was taking something extra in her suitcase. When she opened it in her room, she almost stopped breathing. A huge spider climbed out of the luggage. The girl grabbed her phone and started filming because she knew no one would believe her otherwise. She then posted the video on TikTok. It shows her friend first on the phone with the RSPCA (Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) and laughingly describes to them what actually happened to Georgia. Subsequently, a spider appears in the shot, trying to hide in the corner of the room under the table. “Hello RSPCA, I think I brought a tarantula from Cyprus in my suitcase.” Octopus lovers were quick to offer their advice to the couple. One breeder even wanted to come personally and take the spider. But most people were really scared when they saw the video. “I would leave it where it is and go back to Cyprus,” reads one comment. Another person said: “We’re flying to Cyprus tomorrow, I might cancel the whole thing.” A spokesman for the RSPCA said in relation to the incident that conservationists always advise handling any unidentified animal with care until it is known exactly what it is.
