The new ice creams that Mercadona has launched in mini format – 20minutos.es

Mercadona, a physical supermarket and online sales company, is putting on sale this summer new varieties of ice cream in mini format to meet the demand of ‘The Boss’, as the company calls the customer, who wants to continue enjoying eating an ice cream, but in smaller portions. Due to their size, these new ice creams are ideal for dessert, snack or between meals. These are the Peanut Bars, filled with peanut ice cream with caramel sauce and bits of this nut on top, and the Coconut Bars, filled with coconut ice cream with grated coconut, both covered in chocolate with milk. Added to these is the Mini Boom, a round ice cream covered in hazelnut cream with a creamy texture and crunchy waffle pieces. The new Peanut and Coconut Bars are made by Lacrem in Palau-solità i Plegamans (Barcelona) and the Mini Boom, by Helados Estiu at its facilities in Riba-roja de Túria (Valencia).
