In addition to this, the organization revealed a few days ago which are the young chefs it considers the most promising, included in the ’50 Next’ section, which this year celebrated its second edition, the first face-to-face after the pandemic and in Bilbao, no less. There came the names of the Spaniards Javier Rivero and Zineb Hattab, Pol Contreras and Eneko Axpe. As for the leaders of the list, a few years ago it was decided that they would not be able to repeat it and that therefore they now integrate another list, ‘The Best of the Best’, to leave these ’50 Best’ for the novices.
