A complaint was therefore filed for “death threats”, according to information from The Dispatch.

The complaint was filed before its indictment through his lawyer with the public prosecutor of Albi, the newspaper said.

Cédric Jubillar was indicted and imprisoned on June 18 for the murder of his wife Delphine Jubillar. He is still in prison despite his request for release formulated in early July. This was refused to him by the investigative chamber of the Toulouse Court of Appeal. She justifies her decision by indicating that “serious and concordant” clues show that Cédric Jubillar may have participated in the murder of his wife.
