And said to me: “Let’s invite the family, the friends and, if you make them laugh, I promise to launch you.” “I started like that. And you like to trudge, to go into the unknown? An adventurer, me? But never in life! Before the start, Anaïs wanted us to practice. What’s the point of going for a run to have aches afterwards? With the stand-up, I didn’t have a minute to myself. The day before takeoff, I was still performing in Dijon. I left the Zénith at 1 a.m. to go to the airport in Paris. Twelve hours later, I was on the other side of the world. And what a slap! It was all these beautiful encounters. These strangers, so nice, who offer you hospitality, meals… I will never forget them. One family even lent us the only fan in their house! Beijing Express made me understand that if we want to help each other and move forward together, we can, anything is possible!
