The former police official is accused along with a businessman from Nitra and other high-ranking people. Source: TASR In the case of the murder of a journalist and his fiancee, the court decides on the guilt of Marian Kočner and Alena Zsuzsová. The ŠTS initially acquitted them of charges, but the Supreme Court returned the case to the first-instance court last May. Three decisions are valid in this case. Miroslav Marček and Tomáš Szabó received 25-year non-conditional prison sentences. Zoltán Andruskó 15 years unconditionally. Four persons – Marian Kočner, Alena Zsuzsová, Dušan Kracina and Darko Dragić – are facing charges for the preparation of the murder of the current general prosecutor Maroš Žilinka, the current special prosecutor Daniel Lipšic and the former deputy general prosecutor Petr Šufliarske. Tomáš Szabó was expelled for separate proceedings. The order for the murders of Žilinka and Lipšice was supposed to arrive in the fall of 2017, and Zsuzsová was supposed to accept it. The injured prosecutors are not present at the hearing. Neither did defendant Zsuzsová, who requested proceedings in her absence.
