Guatemala reinstates the mandatory use of masks nationwide after an increase in cases of covid-19

Among these measures, he highlighted that the mask would only be used on a mandatory basis in open and closed spaces in municipalities classified as “red alert”. Until this Thursday, Guatemala had 933,259 accumulated confirmed cases and 18,666 deaths from covid-19.
