Indeed, the reference index of rents, which fixes the increase authorized by the lessors is indexed on inflation. “The best compromise” The Minister of the Economy indicated that it was necessary to “find a compromise” on the question of rents. “I received for several weeks the associations of donors, housing so cial, consumer associations, owners… Everyone’s interests must be taken into account. This is how we can move forward. (…) I think that this rent shield is the best compromise for all”, he added. Note that the APLs will be revalued at the same time, up to 3.5% for a cost of 168 millions of euros.
