A judge of the Specialized Criminal Court (ŠTS) revoked the order to arrest businessman Miroslav Výboh. The reason is the defendant’s declared position that he wishes to attend the main hearing in person. His dates were set for the 4th, 5th and 6th October at the ŠTS Banská Bystrica workplace. TASR was informed about this by ŠTS spokeswoman Katarína Kudjáková. “Judge ŠTS granted the prosecutor’s motion and on 15 June 2022 revoked the arrest warrant, as well as the European and international arrest warrant issued by the local court on 22 December 2021 against the accused Ing. MV,” the spokeswoman explained. The court also reported this to the District Directorate of the Bratislava I Police Corps. . “Subsequently, the court will immediately annul the measure stating that the proceedings against the accused will be carried out as against the lost party. The parties to the proceedings were informed of the court’s procedure,” Kudjáková added. The prosecutor of the Office of the Special Prosecutor’s Office indicted Miroslav Výboh in November 2021 for a particularly serious crime of accepting a bribe. He was accused in the case of Mýtnik III.
