(CNN Spanish) — At least five people died, including three minors, and 18 were injured as a result of a fire unleashed during the early hours of this Thursday in a downtown building in the city of Buenos Aires. According to what the state news agency Télam reports, the building that caught fire is located at 100 Ecuador Street, in the Buenos Aires neighborhood of Recoleta. Quoted by that news agency, the head of the Emergency Medical Care System (SAME), Alberto Crescenti, confirmed that the deceased are three minors and two adults, although he did not rule out an increase in the number of deaths.
