Fuels: Diesel very close to beating its historic record at 2.1365 euros per liter – L’Indépendant

This Monday, diesel fuel approached its historic record, despite state aid of 18 euro cents per litre. At 2.1345 euros per liter, diesel has almost never been so expensive in France according to data from the Ministry of Ecological Transition published on Monday. This price is the one displayed in France during the past week. It is up 3% from last week. The record remains set at 2.1407 euros per liter on March 11. Note that gasoline fell slightly this week to 2.0866 euros per liter against 2.096 last week. These prices apply the discount of 18 centimes from the State on each liter of fuel. Brent crude also fell very slightly: 126.7 dollars against 127 dollars last week.
