In Lot-et-Garonne, two of the three seats go to the National Rally Le Lot-et-Garonne, where Marine Le Pen came first in the second round of the presidential election, elected two deputies from the National Rally (RN), the coalition presidential election keeping only the constituency of Agen. In this first constituency, the outgoing deputy, Michel Lauzzana (Together!), came out on top with 51.48% of the vote, ahead of the RN candidate Sébastien Delbosq (48.52%). Maryse Combres (EELV invested by Nupes), also regional councilor, in a position to remain in the second round, had withdrawn to avoid a triangle favorable to the RN. It is a triangular in the second constituency of Marmande which brought the MEP RN Hélène Laporte to the Palais-Bourbon, with 39.44% of the vote, ahead of the mayor of Virazeil, Christophe Courregelongue (Nupes-PS, 30.75% ). The outgoing deputy, Alexandre Freschi (Together!), who came third in the first round, had refused to withdraw, against the advice of his party, saying he was the most capable of beating the RN: he came last, with 29.8 %. Victory also for the RN in Villeneuve-sur-Lot (3rd constituency), the former constituency of the socialist minister Jérôme Cahuzac: the departmental head of the RN, Annick Cousin (56.97%), beat the candidate Nupes-LFI, newcomer in politics and comedian by profession, Xavier Czapla (43.03%).
