Martin Kvietik testified that he insisted on his innocence and denied the accusation against himself. He helped his testimonial by reading notes. He claims that he did not associate with anyone, according to him the allegations in the indictment are in conflict, they do not fit in time, they are in conflict with logic. He is allegedly convicted of corruption only by penitents who have previously changed their statements. He did not want to answer the questions. Martin Kvietik is already at large, he was released from custody after more than a year.
