The results of watching the murdered journalist Ján Kuciak went exclusively into the hands of ex-sisters Petr Tóth. This was stated before the Senate of the Specialized Criminal Court (ŠTS) in Pezinok by Miroslav Kriak, who took part in monitoring the journalist and other people. “If it is true that the accused Alena Zs. Showed these photos to Zoltán A., he recognized them and I claim that they are ours, the logical question is who gave them to Alena Zs.” Kriak noted. He said in court that he did not know any of the defendants, either in the case of the murder of journalist Ján Kuciak, his fiancée or in the case of the preparation of the murders of prosecutors. According to him, the monitoring request should have concerned the interception of drug dealers and the leakage of information. He says the team’s production was abused in the “roughest way”. Among other things, according to him, the three-member monitoring team also took part in monitoring the current special prosecutor and then lawyer Daniel Lipšic.
