Morocco has refused a German cruise ship to dock at a port in the north of the country after positive cases of coronavirus were detected among passengers, local media reported on Wednesday (June 8). But the port authorities have prohibited it from disembarking tourists on board, mostly Germans, “on the basis of a report received by the Moroccan health authorities which indicates an increase in cases of Covid-19 infection among passengers”, specifies the information site Le360. The “Mein Schiff Herz”, which flies the Maltese flag, has a capacity of 1900 passengers and 780 crew members, which classifies it in the category of large cruise liners.
