The interrogation of Zoltán Andruskó, who is a key witness to the indictment and has already been legally convicted in the case of the murder of a journalist, should continue. In the case of Kuciak’s murder, the court decides on the guilt of Marian Kočner and Alena Zsuzsová. He initially acquitted them, but the Supreme Court returned the case. Five people, including Kočner and Zsuzsová, are facing charges in preparation for the murders of Maroš Žilinka, Daniel Lipšic and Petr Šufliarský.
