In one of the most lucrative parts of the capital, property has somehow been transferred to family members in recent months. Extensive plots of land, stately villas, as well as parts of the shares are rewritten by the original owners for children and wives. The Harvard town villa is no exception, as is the most famous building in Bratislava’s Steep Hills in Záhorská Bystrica. According to the current statement from the title deed, this large three-story hacienda has changed owners. A few months ago, the well-known oligarch Juraj Široký rewrote the mentioned property to his two children, a son Juraj and a daughter Danu. After his branches work in family companies and the name of a well-known businessman can no longer be found in the commercial register, Široký also got rid of the last property, at least registered in Slovakia.
